Group Flow Sessions are an online space where you can see friends working (video cameras on!) but focus on your own plans (microphones off after a brief intro). We’re not talking or typing in the chat box. We’re focused on the task at hand - in this case, completing our weekly previews!
Log in each Sunday at 4:00pm Eastern (or find your time zone) to complete your Weekly Preview along with other Full Focus Planner users.

Just like any habit or ritual, the Weekly Preview process gets more efficient the more you practice it.
I’ve scheduled 45 minutes to allow enough time for new planner users or those struggling with reflection to feel comfortable, but experienced users will probably complete their Weekly Preview in 15-20 minutes.

I’m originally from Wisconsin (and I’m definitely a Midwest gilr!), but now I live in the Carolinas. I say it this way because we live right on the border. My address is South Carolina, but I can see North Carolina out my kitchen window.
I am a homeschooling step-mom to a 14 year old on the Autism spectrum. My husband is the executive director of a YMCA summer camp and we live on-site year round.
In addition to professional coaching and training, I also lead a 90-person direct sales team with a network marketing company, selling small batch fresh-roasted coffee. And I’m a former camp director, then non-profit executive.

Nope! This is a little different. A Group Flow session is similar to a Zoom in that you’ll have your computer camera ON, so we can see each other’s smiling faces. But, the big difference is that you won’t be interacting with others for most of the time.
Let’s be honest, that would be distracting. Instead, you’ll be able see that others are focused on their Weekly Previews too. This builds group momentum and accountability.
The group session will be hosted via Google Meet video meeting platform (very similar to Zoom or other platforms you’ve used), but you’ll keep your microphone muted, and we won’t be talking most of the time.

At the start time, you’ll receive an email from Stacie with the link to join the Group Flow session.
If you have a google account, it may ask you to login, but you might also be able to enter the meeting as a guest. We’ll spend the first 5 minutes with a quick intro, and then we’ll get focused!
Be sure your camera is on, so we can see how focused you are (and for extra accountability). Keep yourself on mute to reduce background noise for everyone else.
And get to work on that Weekly Preview! When you’re all finished, simply log out, and enjoy your Sunday!
