Return, Refund & Cancelation Procedure
For digital products: Returns/refund are not available for any purchase, unless the product purchased is not consistent with the product advertised, and/or a technical error resulted in the incorrect product being delivered to the customer. To request a refund, please email stacie@staciesimpsonconsulting.com with a complete description of the product and the error, your contact information, and a request for refund or other solution.
For in-person events: A full refund, including any deposits, is made only if an attendee cannot be placed in the selected program or training, or if it is necessary to cancel the event. No refunds will be made for those attending only a portion of an event or for those who fail to attend. Although rare, Stacie Simpson Consulting, LLC may cancel a scheduled event or training for any reason, with or without providing further explanation. If this occurs, you will be notified and the full cost of the event will be refunded. Other times, certain activities or details described in the event descriptions must be suspended or changed due to circumstances beyond Stacie Simpson Consulting's control, such as inclement weather, site availability, and personnel availability. In these situations, alternate program options will be available. Under circumstance of this type, refunds should not be expected.
